Designed using BIM (REVIT) technology, R-S-C-R provided the structural design and detailed structural drawings for this project. This new 170,750-SF facility features multiple floors of classrooms, lecture halls and an auditorium. Space is provided for various student services, student lounge areas and a specialized area for events and club activities. A cyber café and food court is also included within this facility. A cast-in-place concrete structural system was selected. Drilled piers are supporting four floors and roof. Portions of the roof framing consist of long pans requiring post-tensioned concrete beams.
