Training Facility & Administration Building for IBC Bank

Description: Structural Design. This is an Office Building and Training Facility for the IBC Bank built in Austin. Completed in 2008, this 20,000 s.f building consists of two floors and a roof. First floor is soil supported with drilled piers supporting column loads. The second floor framing is a concrete pan/joist system supported by concrete beams. The roof framing consists of steel joists and wide flange beams and metal deck acting as a roof diaphragm. Insulating concrete walls were used as the exterior wall system.
