Description:New Construction completed in 2000, R-S-C-R, Inc. provided the structural design and detailed structural drawings for this project which involved the construction of a New Medical Office Building for Physicians Offices, featuring a vertical circulation tower, and allowing accessibility to the New Multi-Level Parking Garage.  This project also included construction of a Central Utility Plant for this new medical facility.
