CentroMed's Vista Point Health & Wellness Center is located on six acres of unimproved property near the intersection of Ray Ellison Boulevard and Old Pearsall Road in San Antonio, Texas. The project included design of two separate single story buildings integrated on the site campus – an approximately 15,000-SF multispecialty medical clinic and approximately 18,600-SF fitness center.
The clinic is programmed to provide family medicine, pediatrics, OB/GYN, dental and support services. The fitness center houses a reception area, basketball court, exercise equipment space, group exercise rooms, locker facilities, kids day care, indoor pool and support services.
