Description: Project included a new facility is a 5-story structure, featuring offices, planning rooms, up-to-date meeting and conference facilities, and gathering spaces for approximately 250 employees. In August, 2012, Broadway Bank announced this facility earned a Leadership in Energy and Environment Design (LEED®) Silver designation from the U.S. Green Building Council (USGBS). In addition, the new campus won The San Antonio Journal’s “2011 Best in Commercial Real Estate – Best Office Development” award, and the 2011 Neighborhood Alliance Beautification award.
