Designed for LEED® certification, this new facility is a five-story, 80,000-SF structure, featuring offices, planning rooms, up-to-date meeting and conference facilities and gathering spaces for approximately 250 employees.
This facility earned a LEED® Silver designation from the U.S. Green Building Council. In addition, the new campus won The San Antonio Journal’s “2011 Best in Commercial Real Estate - Best Office Development” and the 2011 Neighborhood Alliance Beautification awards.
